Muhammad Badiul Alam, joint general secretary of the Central Juba League, said those involved in heinous crimes like vaccine theft in Patia should be brought under the law no matter how strong they are. Health officials are urged to take action against the perpetrators of the vaccine scandal.
He was speaking as the keynote speaker at a relief distribution function in Ward No. 8 of Patia Municipality on Thursday (August 5) on the occasion of the 72nd birth anniversary of Bangabandhu’s eldest son Shahid Sheikh Kamal.

The program was conducted by Saiful Islam Jewel, former organizing secretary of Patia Upazila Chhatra League.
During the coronation period, rice, pulses, sari and lungi along with daily necessities were distributed among 600 families as part of continuous relief assistance.
Muhammad Badiul Alam said that many countries of the world have not yet been able to provide adequate coronary vaccination. During this time of crisis, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s strong diplomatic efforts have provided 21 crore dose vaccines for the people of Bangladesh. Step by step the vaccine has started reaching Bangladesh. Mass immunization activities are starting in the country.
He further said that we are going to create awareness among the people on behalf of the team and make them aware to get vaccinated. But at a time like this, the corona vaccine in our beloved Patiya has given birth to criticism, which is a shame for us. Sheikh Hasina is not a criminal in Bengal. I will tell the people of my Patiya, have faith in Sheikh Hasina. Arrogant behavior like disobeying government decisions will not be tolerated.
