Jampa returned Shakib

Shakib Al Hasan and captain Mahmudullah Riyad took the helm of the match after losing two wickets for 3 runs. However, Adam Jampa returned Shakib to the dressing room with the first ball of his second over.

Shakib caught Ashton Agar while playing a shot over the bowler’s head. He has hit four fours in an individual 26-run innings.
At the time of writing, Bangladesh had scored 31 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 11 overs.

In the third match of the series, Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat in the third T20 match of the series against Australia at the Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Friday.

The Tigers, who are aiming to win the series, have already entered the field with the previous XI. On the other hand, there have been 3 changes in the Australian XI. This is the debut T20 of 3 people. The three are Van McDermott, Daniel Christian and Nathan Ellis. Josh Phillips, Mitchell Stark and Andrew Tyke have been rested to make room for them.

Batting first, Bangladesh lost 2 wickets for 3 runs. Naeem (1) wanted to hit the last ball of the second over of the innings made by Aussie pacer Josh Hazlewood in the third man area. But the ball landed on the edge of his bat and was deposited in the gloves of wicketkeeper Matthew Wade.

Adam Jampa came to bowl in the next over. Soumya fell into the trap of leg before with the first ball made by Aussie leg spinner. The left-arm opener, however, took the review. But the review was of no use. As a result, Saumya saw the face of failure in the third match in a row. He played 11 balls before being dismissed for just two runs.

After losing two wickets in a row, Bangladesh turned around with the bats of Shakib and Mahmudullah. 36 balls came in a permanent pair of 44 runs. In the innings of 26 runs from 16 balls, Shakib left the jumper with the first ball of the second over. In the previous over, Shakib hit the boundary with two balls in a row. But the ball outside the jumper off the stumps was caught by Ashton Agar as he tried to hit the bowler.
