In the last 24 hours, 15,494 people, including asymptomatic patients, have recovered in different hospitals and homes across the country, including Dhaka City. Of these, 133 are RT-PCR labs, 53 are Gene Expert and 521 are Rapid Antigen. In these labs, 48,608 samples have been collected in 24 hours. A total of 46,015 samples have been tested. So far 80 lakh 43 thousand 793 samples have been tested.
It was further informed that in the last 24 hours, the detection rate in the sample test was 26.25 percent. So far, the detection rate is 18.80 per cent considering the sample test, the recovery rate is 6.71 per cent considering the identified test and the mortality rate is 1.6 per cent according to the identified test.
Of the 248 deaths in 24 hours, 69 were in Dhaka division, 65 in Chittagong division, 18 in Rajshahi division, 36 in Khulna division, 20 in Barisal division, 18 in Sylhet division, six in Rangpur division and six in Mymensingh division.
